Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipping and handling. Exclusive Items, please allow 7-10 business days.
For returns, proof of purchase is required and must be returned within 15 days after receiving the item. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items returned within 15 days of recieving, qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Once the item is returned to us, we will notify you that it has been received and inspected. Your refund will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. If the refund has not shown credited to your account within 10 days, please contact your bank. YahVision has no control of how long your bank may need to process the refund.
